§ 7.44.10. Fine.

Any person who sells, offers for sale, or displays for use a coin operated amusement device without first obtaining a license and paying the privilege tax and location fee for said device shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a finding of guilty shall be fined up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) or confined in the county jail for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days or by both a fine and confinement.
