§ 7.44.11. Allowing person to play.

Any person who allows to be operated an amusement device which allows the player to receive anything of value for successful or continued play without first obtaining a license for the machine and a license to allow the use of the machine as permitted by this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a finding of guilt shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or confined in the county jail for a period of not more than sixty (60) days or by both imprisonment and a fine.
