§ 10.20.12. Officers.

  • The water and wastewater committee shall designate one of its members as chairman and select a vice-chairman and such officers as it may require. The terms of office of the chairman and other officers of the committee shall be for a period of one-year, beginning on January 1st of each year and shall be provided for in the rules of the water and wastewater committee. The water and wastewater committee shall establish and adopt a regular time and place for meetings to be conducted; the committee shall meet at least once one per month. The water and wastewater committee shall provide the city council minutes of all their meetings (regular or special) at the council's next regularly scheduled meeting. Public records of all committee business shall be maintained and provided to the public upon request.
