§ 10.20.11. Holding office.

Notwithstanding sections 3 and 7 of Ord. No. 2007-15, water and wastewater committee members shall not hold any other municipal, county, state, or federal office or appointment. To the sections 3 and 7 of extent Ord. No. 2007-15 conflicts with this section, it is hereby repealed.
