§ 2.44.12. Construction of courtroom.

A.

There is hereby appropriated the sum of two hundred seventeen thousand dollars ($217,000.00) for construction of a courtroom and other facilities for the city district court.

B.

The mayor is hereby authorized to accept bids for the construction of said project after advertising according to law.

C.

The mayor is hereby authorized to acquire the services of a registered architect to provide plans for said construction, said hiring to be done pursuant to a professional services contract acquired according to law.
