§ 2.44.13. Contract with the county.

A.

The city council authorizes the mayor to enter into a contract with the county prosecutor's office for two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) per month to handle all cases originating in city district court.

B.

The contract between the city and the county prosecutor's office that is attached to the ordinance from which this section is derived is hereby approved and incorporated as if set forth herein word for word.
