§ 2.40.15. Claim to benefits.

An auxiliary officer shall have no claim to the benefits of any police pension or retirement fund as provided to full time officers. The auxiliary officer may elect to join the workers' compensation system for the benefit of the auxiliary officer but said payments shall be made by the officer unless provided for all auxiliary officers by the city.
