§ 2.40.14. Impersonation.

Any auxiliary police officer who does not meet the standards as set up by the city police department or the state commission on law enforcement standards and training shall take no official action as a law enforcement officer and any action so taken shall be held invalid unless said action is granted under state law to a private citizen.
