§ 12.04.10. Change of address.

Parks committee members who move or change their permanent residence/address within the city from one ward to another ward shall be replaced within sixty (60) days. Parks committee members may, however, continue to serve on the parks committee for sixty (60) days from the time they move, in order to allow for an orderly and timely selection and appointment process.
