§ 12.04.11. Holding office.

Notwithstanding section 3 and 7 of Ord. No. 2007-15, parks committee members shall not hold any other municipal, county, state, or federal office or appointment. To the extent sections 3 and 7 of Ord. No. 2007-15 conflicts with this section, it is hereby repealed.
