§ 11.20.02. Amendment.

The aforementioned code shall be amended as follows:
The 1997 edition of the state mechanical code is a minimum code for the state. This section is for any changes that a city desires to make from the 1997 edition or the latest edition of the state mechanical code, to increase the severity of the code and including, but not limited to fees, if the fees are not to be amended, appendix B, schedule of permit fees, shall be covered under Ord. No. 2002-01, or current permit fee adopted. Likewise appendix A, guideline for estimating hear loss and gain, shall also be specifically adopted.
