§ 10.24.03. Future water lines.

Salem has informed the city that it intends to construct water lines in the Avilla area and in particular in an area which will likely be the site of future annexation by the city. Both the city and Salem desire to enter into agreements which will, in the future, facilitate the possible purchase of these customers, and facilities and lines.
