§ 10.08.08. Backflow.

All property owners or residents shall have the responsibility to make all reasonable efforts to see that sewage does not flow into their home. If any resident shall experience backflow of sewage into his home, he shall immediately notify the city in order that steps may be taken to minimize damage. Failure to so notify shall void any claim by the resident against the city.
