§ 10.08.07. Relief valve.

All existing residences are required by Act 555 of 1963, Section 12, Code 1(a) to have such clean-out or relief valve. Failure to have such valve installed and in operating condition shall void any claim made by the homeowner for damage caused as a result of the flow of sewage into the residence.
