§ 8.40.01. Standing or walking prohibited.

Except in cases of an emergency, no person shall stand or walk on or along medians located on any public roadway, street, or highway, except for the purpose of crossing said roadway, street, or highway in compliance with all state and local laws. This provision shall not apply to law enforcement or emergency personnel.
