§ 8.32.03. Expenditure of funds.

To procure such equipment, the mayor is authorized to spend an amount not to exceed twenty-nine thousand six hundred twenty-two dollars and eighty-nine cents ($29,622.89) paid through street department designated funds. The expenditure of any funds in excess of said amount will require prior city council approval.
