§ 8.28.09. Signs.

It shall be the duty of the business operator to post on the premises in a conspicuous location one or more signs bearing the following information:
Cruising in or congregating on, or lingering inside or outside of a motor vehicle is unlawful. No unoccupied vehicle may be left on these premises without the consent of the operator of this business.
