§ 8.28.07. Traffic adjacent to parking.

It shall be unlawful for any person, while on or adjacent to the premises of a business which provides parking facilities for customers to suddenly start or stop or to drive a motor vehicle in a reckless, dangerous or unsafe manner, or to make or cause to be made, by said motor vehicle, any loud or unseemly noise.
