§ 8.28.06. Fines.

Any unlawful action in violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and punishable as follows:

A.

Illegal parking. A fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) with no court costs associated therewith if paid within fifteen (15) days. After fifteen (15) days a warrant shall be issued through municipal court and court costs shall then attach.

B.

Parking too close to a fire plug. A fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) with no court costs associated therewith if paid within fifteen (15) days. After fifteen (15) days a warrant shall be issued through municipal court and court costs shall then attached.

C.

Hindering approach to a fire plug. A fine of not less than thirty dollars ($30.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Court costs shall be associated with this offense at all levels.

D.

Non-designated use of a street. A fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Court costs shall be associated with this offense at all levels.
