§ 8.16.04. Penalty for violation.

A violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by a jail sentence of one to ten (10) days. Each day a non-operating motor vehicle is upon the premises of a person shall constitute a separate offense.
