§ 7.72.03. Expenditure of funds.

To procure such services, the mayor is authorized to spend an amount not to exceed those charges enumerated in exhibit 1 of the ordinance from which this section is derived, plus any applicable taxes. The expenditure of any funds in excess of said amount will require prior city council approval. The funds for payment of such service shall be obtained from the franchise tax fund, to later be reimbursed with state turnback funds which the city anticipates receiving later this year.
