§ 7.72.01. Competitive bidding waived.

Obtaining competent, efficient, and cost-effective 911 service for the city presents an exceptional situation, wherein competitive bidding procedures are hereby deemed not feasible and impractical. Therefore, the solicitation of competitive bids is hereby waived in the procurement of Enhanced 911 Universal Emergency Number Service from AT&T.
