§ 7.68.05. Penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction by the district court of the city and shall be subjected to a penalty of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) plus court costs and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus court costs.
