§ 7.52.06. Advisory Council.

There is hereby created a civil defense advisory council consisting of three citizens appointed by the mayor, who shall advise the mayor and the director on all matters pertaining to civil defense. The mayor shall serve as a chairman of the council, and the members thereof shall serve without compensation.
