§ 7.52.03. Powers of the mayor.

The mayor of the city shall be responsible for and have general direction and control of the civil defense of this city. In addition to the powers and duties the mayor now has, he shall have such additional powers granted and conferred by this chapter not inconsistent with other ordinances of this city.
