§ 7.44.08. License application.

Licenses for the privilege of owning, operating or leasing coin operated amusement devices shall be issued by the office of the mayor and shall be applied for on a form approved by the mayor. At the time of the issuance the license shall be assigned a number and shall be prominently displayed within the business which made the application. Each separate location shall require a license. No license shall be valid for more than one location, and the intended location must be named on the license. The mayor may revoke or suspend a license for cause. Such revocation may be appealed to the city council and then to chancery court.
