§ 7.44.06. Seizing of machine.

Any machine or device which has not had the privilege tax paid on it is hereby declared a public nuisance and may be seized by any authorized police officer of the city and sold upon the issuance of an order for such sale by the county chancery court. However the owner may redeem the amusement game within ten (10) days of seizure by paying the privilege tax plus costs expended by the city.
