§ 7.40.08. Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

Boswell Community Center. The building owned or operated by the city, its agents, entities, employees, lessees, and/or subdivisions.

City. The city of Bryant, Arkansas.

Enclosed area. Any indoor area(s) or room(s) used by or accessible to the general public in the Boswell Community Center within the city.

Public access area. Any enclosed area within the Boswell Community Center used by or accessible to the general public.

Smoke (or smoking). The lighting of any cigarette, cigar, pipe tobacco, or other like material, or the possession of any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, tobacco, or other like material, regardless of its composition.
