§ 7.36.07. Violations and penalty.

Violations of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor with a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the first offense and one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for a repeat offense and/or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of up to ninety (90) days.
