§ 7.16.02. Penalty.

The penalty for the discharge of a firearm within the city limits in violation of this chapter shall be a fine of no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and/or imprisonment in the county jail for no longer than ninety (90) days or both.
