§ 7.06.14. Suspension/revocation.

A.

The city council may suspend for a period not to exceed six months or revoke the license of any licensee violating these regulations after due notice to the licensee and an opportunity for the licensee to be heard.

B.

When any license is revoked, no new license shall be issued to the same person within one year of such revocation.
