§ 7.06.11. Furnishing to or consumption by minors.
A.
Any person convicted of knowingly or unknowingly selling, serving, giving, procuring or otherwise furnishing any controlled beverage to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
B.
Any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years who has in his or her possession, purchases or attempts to purchase, or otherwise obtained any controlled beverage shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
