§ 6.04.11. Housing of animals and implementation of ordinance.

The mayor of the city is hereby authorized to contract with other municipalities, organizations or private vendors to secure a place to house animals picked up by the city animal control officers until such time as the city has constructed a facility to house such animals. Implementation of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived will take place on July 1, 1999.
