§ 5.16.07. Revoking of license.

Violation of any of the terms of this ordinance shall lead to a revocation of the license by the city. Said license shall be revoked only after a hearing to be held after notice to the contractor by regular mail before the city council. If shall take six (6) votes from the council to revoke a license.
