§ 5.16.05. Renewal of license.

Latest version.

The license issued by the city shall be valid for a period of one-year, unless revoked by the city, and said license shall be renewed only if all terms of this agreement have been fulfilled, along with any amendments thereto lawfully passed by the city. Renewal of the license shall be made at a cost to be determined by the city council from time to time but at a present fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
