§ 5.16.03. Obtaining a license.

Any person, firm, agency, corporation, contractor, agent, business or partnership who wishes to do business within the city to dispose of solid waste or garbage shall henceforth have to obtain a license from the city allowing them to pursue such business within the corporate limits. Said license shall be made available for the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to any of the above contractors who meet the requirements listed herein.
