By issuing a site clearance permit, the city in no way obligates itself to approving any rezoning or building permit. Property owners failing to comply with this site clearance ordinance will be notified of their violation and given three (3) working days to comply or be subject to a fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per day until the site has been restored.
