§ 5.08.02. Fee.

The applicant will complete a request for site clearance and pay a fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). The city will be allowed five (5) business days to process the application and to make site investigations. The city will review the application in regards to flood plain and potential or sediment runoff into drainage tributaries. The city will approve, conditionally approve subject to erosion control methods or disapprove the application.
