§ 5.04.02. Issuance of summons.

In the event the owner occupies a lot or other real property that exists in violation of this chapter, the city may through a duly authorized officer, issue a summons to appear in the county district court, Bryant division, to the owner or occupant of the lot or real property, giving a day to appear in court on the face of said summons for violations of city ordinances.
