§ 4.24.20. Surety bond.

The applicant for licenses described in section 4.24.19 shall also file with the planning coordinator or his/her designated representative a surety bond in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), which shall be due before the license will issue. Said bond shall be made payable to the city and conditioned for the faithful performance of the payment of all applicable fees and penalties provided for herein.
