§ 4.24.05. Refund of fee payments.

Before any new business shall commence within the corporate limits of the city or before any permit shall be issued for the construction of such new business or a permit issued for the renovation of an existing structure to accommodate a new business, the applicable business privilege license fee for said business shall be paid in advance. Thereafter the business privilege license fee may be paid by said business pursuant to the existing payment schedules of the business privilege fee ordinance of the city.
