§ 4.24.04. Delinquent fees; list to be published.

In September of each year, the city clerk or his/her designated representative shall compile a list of delinquent privilege fee accounts and shall cause the same to be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper having general circulation within the corporate limits of the city.
