§ 4.20.07. Acceptance in writing.

The provisions of this agreement shall be accepted in writing by the hospital and the city by the execution of this agreement by an authorized agent of the hospital and by the execution of the mayor and the city clerk of the city whereupon said agreement shall be deemed to be in full force and effect.
