§ 4.20.02. Franchise.

This franchise is hereby agreed to grant the exclusive privilege of operating and maintaining a paramedic ambulance service within the city for the period above stated. This franchise grants the privilege to operate said ambulance service over all streets, alleys, avenues, and public grounds of the city of Bryant for the above described purposes.

This franchise shall apply to and insure to the parties hereto and their successors. This franchise shall not be assigned or its privileges sublet, or transferred without the prior consent of the city council.
