The grantee shall neither refuse to hire nor discharge from employment nor discriminate
against any person in compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment
because of age, sex, race, color, creed, or national origin. The grantee shall insure
that employees are treated without regard to their age, sex, race, color, creed or
national origin.
