§ 4.16.12. System improvements.

Grantee agrees to upgrade the existing city cable television system within thirty-six (36) months from the effective date of this franchise agreement. The upgraded system will be completed so as to provide the capability of offering a minimum of eighty-three (83) channels on an analog and/or digital basis.
