§ 4.16.04. Grant of Franchise.

A franchise is hereby granted to Falcon Cable Media (which may be referred to herein as "falcon" or "grantee") to operate and maintain a cable television system in the city for a period of fifteen (15) years commencing on the date of adoption of this ordinance. Falcon shall have the option to renew this franchise for an additional term of five years, provided that it is in substantial compliance with the material terms of this ordinance at the time of its expiration.
