§ 4.08.08. Franchise tax.

Beginning in 1996, and thereafter during the life of this franchise, the grantee shall pay to grantor each year a franchise fee in an amount equal to 7.32 percent of the grantee's gross gas revenues as paid to the grantee during the prior calendar year by all customers located within the corporate limits of the city.
