§ 3.24.02. Financing arrangement.

The terms of the financing arrangement are as follows:
A note with Bank of Ozarks for one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000.00) at 4.95 percent interest for a period of sixty (60) months, payable yearly in amortized installments of principal and interest over the term of the note.
