§ 3.16.04. Deposits.

Deposits shall be made only with banks or banking institutions as named on a list for such purposes as provided by the bank commissioner of the state. The banking commissioner of the state shall also recommend the amount of public funds each bank or banking institution may accept and no amount greater than that recommended amount of public funds shall be deposited in that particular bank or banking institution.
